The adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 ‘MX Rock’ showcases sedimentary streaks of brown and grey throughout a breathable Primeknit upper in a dark charcoal finish.
The sock-like build is equipped with traditional lace closure and a webbing pull tab affixed to the heel. Cutting across the sneaker’s lateral side, a post-dyed monofilament stripe offers improved breathability.
Lightweight cushioning comes courtesy of a fully caged Boost midsole, visible through cutaway detailing in the rubber outsole.
Adidas' logo is three stripes, which is used on the company's clothing and shoe designs as a marketing aid. The branding, which Adidas bought in 1952 from Finnish sports company Karhu Sports, became so successful that Dassler described Adidas as "The three stripes company".
