Processing speeds vary, but can take up to seven business days before an order is boxed and labeled by our shipping department. We strive to ship your items as quickly as possible and as a result, your order may arrive in separate packages. Once an order ships, the customer will receive an e-mail notification with their tracking information.

International customers are responsible for any additional fees or taxes after an item ships. We do our best to protect international customers from incurring additional fees, but cannot guarantee against any unexpected expenses.


We offer returns or exchanges 14 days max after the customer receive the package. 

To make a return or exchange please e-mail us or send us a WhatsApp message through the contact us page ,and we will guide you with the next steps.
Customers must send the package exactly how they received it in mint condition, then send us the receipt and tracking number of the shipment and we will issue a refund.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received the returned product. We will issue a refund/exchange to a different size right after we will inspect the product and approve it.

If you have any questions or concerns with regard to sizing or condition of a specific product on our site, please e-mail us before committing to purchase.

Refunds are processed based on fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items.

After we receive the return receipt + tracking number in it we will issue a refund of the order cost minus 5% processing fee.

In a case of a cancellation for any reason, we deduct 5% processing fee as per this policy.

The return or exchange shipping cost will be paid by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
