Good to know
Does the gift card expire?
Never. Use it this week or in five years.
Can it be used on more than one order?
Yes. Whatever isn’t spent stays on the card, and the same code works on the next order until the balance runs out.
Does it pay for shipping?
Yes. The card pays for the pairs first, and anything left on it pays for shipping too.
How is it redeemed?
At checkout, enter the code (it starts with DT-) in the "Discount or gift card code" field and press Apply. It works together with sale prices and promo codes.
When does the email arrive?
Usually within a minute of your payment being confirmed; larger orders can take up to 24 hours while we confirm them. You also get the code and a printable PDF by email and on your order page.
Can I buy a gift card with a discount code or another gift card?
No. Gift cards are always paid in full, so they keep their full value.
